Rohit’s AV & Staging Preferences

DOWNLOAD ROHIT’S ON-STAGE INTRODUCTION FOR PRESENTERS TO USE

AV Details

Microphone

Lavalier is ideal. If headset mics are preferred, Countryman H6 has a Cocoa color that can match Rohit’s skin tone.

Slide Presentation

Powerpoint 16:9 slides. Audio and video are preferred - please let Rohit know if this is not possible so he can adapt his presentation.

Confidence Monitor

Rohit does not use notes. Ideal view for the confidence monitor is Powerpoint presenter view with current and upcoming slide visible.

Clicker

PerfectCue or any other brand is fine. Back button or laser pointer not necessary.

Staging Details

Stage Setup

An empty stage is requested. If a podium or other fixture cannot be removed, please move as far to the side as possible.

Walk On Music

If using walk on music, Rohit’s usual choice is the JXL Remix of the famous Elvis song “A Little Less Conversation.” Hear music here >>

Video Recording

Always permitted and encouraged! Full video may not be posted publicly unless previously agreed. Rohit requests a copy of the video.

Movement (for IMAG Operator)

Rohit tends to use the full stage with more movement at the start of his talk. For keynotes, he does not leave the stage for audience interaction.
