ROHIT BHARGAVA - A NON-OBVIOUS KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Do you need a speaker that can help your audience see what others miss and win the future?
TRUSTED BY:

Rohit Bhargava has spent nearly twenty years using his platform to advocate for women in business - starting with his 2008 Personality Project and continuing through trend predictions like Rise of Women and Fierce Femininity that spotted cultural shifts years ahead of the mainstream. He co-authored Beyond Diversity with Jennifer Brown and co-founded the Beyond Diversity Summit. As a vocal male ally, he has been invited to keynote the renowned AnitaB.org Grace Hopper Celebration and has taken the stage events from Female Quotient, and Women in Technology. A 3-time WSJ bestselling author of eleven books, Rohit has spoken in 32 countries. He loves the Olympics and actively hates cauliflower.

In 2008, Rohit launched The Personality Project, a series inviting business leaders to share what personality meant to their success. The response he heard most often came from women entrepreneurs and executives, which led him to create a dedicated companion effort focused on their stories.
The free ebook that resulted, Women of Personality, grew from 20 contributors in its first edition (April 2009) to 40 in its second edition (October 2009). Contributors included founders, CEOs, bestselling authors, popular bloggers, and even the first woman to row solo across the Atlantic Ocean.

More than a decade after the Personality Project, Rohit co-authored Beyond Diversity with Jennifer Brown and co-founded the Beyond Diversity Summit, described as “The World’s Most Ambitious Gathering on Belonging.” The summit has brought together 203 speakers across 53 sessions and 12 themes, with many sessions focused on advancing women in leadership and business.
