“Hugging Face” App Wants To Be Your Friend

You can already interact with chatbots for customer service, or have the day's news pushed to you in a conversational format, so the invention of an app like this was perhaps inevitable. If we can already converse with an app, then translating that conversation into friendship may not be such a farfetched idea.
Hugging Face is an app that, in its own description, “learns to chit-chat, talks sassy and trades selfies with you.” Who wouldn't want to be friends with that?
I will probably try it just to find out what the app's selfies look like.
