This is why print is so important
On a recent visit to Germany, I spent the afternoon speaking with the Ad Alliance team and clients about the power of print. At the Pharma Symposium the topic was one of my favorite things: print. Especially magazines. Even though these are in German (and I can’t read most of them), there’s something powerful about holding them, flipping through stories, ads, and visuals that let you experience the world through someone else’s lens. The non-obvious takeaway? Print isn’t a dying form of media

A Short Backstory Of This Blog
This is a blog about non-obvious ideas. Originally launched on the Typepad platform in 2005 as the Influential Marketing blog, the stories at first focused mainly on digital marketing while Rohit worked at Ogilvy Advertising. In 2015 Rohit officially rebranded to the Non-Obvious Insights Blog and published his WSJ bestseller Non-Obvious. For the past twenty one years, this blog has coined new terms, introduced future marketing practices and inspired the next generation of non-obvious thinkers and marketers.
